5 pages in length. Transgenderism may initially commence as a biological error whereby an individual is born with one gender's physical attributes and the other gender's mental/emotional composition, however, the fundamental components of this aspect of sexual identity are based within a disorder of the psyche. Confused by what their gender is supposed to reflect, transgenderists are trapped between two very different worlds; if they are to assume one side or the other as their role representation, they deny a very significant portion of themselves with regard to their overall biological identity. To choose between masculine and feminine attributes is not as easy as merely applying a conscious choice; rather, the emotional and biological dictates are what ultimately determine the direction a person might follow.
