A student submitted case study on contract law consists of five pages in which a sale is fraught with mistakes, the buyer is guilty of misrepresentation, and the seller does not want to complete the transaction. The paper assesses whether or not this constitutes a valid contract based upon the UK's 1979 Sale of Goods Act adn then considers fraudulent misrepresentation and its results.
